What are Shopee seller fees?

Shopee seller fees are charged to all sellers for every successful completed order. It contains commission fees and transaction fees. If sellers join the certain marketing campaigns, Shopee will charge additional service fees, for example coins cashback programs and free shipping programs.

 

Commission Fees

Starting January 10, 2023, Shopee has some adjustments on commission fees and the commission fees will apply to local marketplace sellers with 100 or more completed orders since joining Shopee. And this change will not take effect for existing Shopee Mall and overseas sellers.

The commission fee will be charged on your product price excluding all seller voucher and shipping promotions, the calculation is:
Commission fee = (Product Price - Seller Vouchers - Seller Shipping Promotion) x Commission Rate. And it is subjected to 6% SST.

Shopee Transaction Fees

All marketplace sellers (except Shopee Mall sellers) are charged with transaction fees to cover the payment gateway fees when the orders are completed.

The transaction fee is calculated as 2.12% after SST of the final order amount paid by your buyer including the shipping fee. And Shopee will deduct automatically from your payout when the orders are completed. The calculation is:
Transaction Fee = ( Product Selling Price + Shipping Fees - Total Discounts) x 2.12%.


 

Shopee Service Fees

Shopee charges an additional fee if the Marketplace and Mall sellers opt in for the RM15 Free Shipping Programme, RM40 Free Shipping Programme, and 10% Cashback Programme. It is charged when an order has been made regardless of whether the free shipping voucher or cashback voucher has been used by buyers.

The service fees are charged automatically from the seller’s payout when orders are completed. For the RM15 Free Shipping Programme, the sellers will be charged 5.3% service fees after SST, it is 3.18% after SST for RM40 Free Shipping Programme and 10% Cashback Programme.


 

How to Check the Fees Charged by Shopee?
