When selling on Lazada, there are no fixed fees and listing fees. Lazada charges the commission and payment fee per order, which is based on the unit price of your product, And the shipping fee is based on the rate card as published by Lazada.
Commission Fee
The commission is only charged when a package has been delivered successfully and the commission rates are different for Marketplace and LazMall sellers. The calculation is:Commission Fee = Commission rate x (Item price - Seller promotions) + 6% SST
a. Commission rates for Marketplace sellers
Lazada revised the Commission Fees for all Marketplace sellers effective 23rd January 2023 and will vary according to the product category, ranging from 0% to 4% of the product selling price. But for the new sellers, Lazada will exempt the commission fee for the first 90 days.

b. Commission rates for LazMall sellers
The commission fees for LazMall sellers are also charged when orders are marked as delivered. The new adjustment was effective from 1 September 2022 and it ranges from 4% to 6%, excluding 6% SST. You can view Lazada commission rates for LazMall sellers.
Payment Fee
Payment fee is a transaction type that covers the cost of payment processing and you can consider it as the service fee when you get paid. It calculates from the buyer paid amount, including the item price and shipping fees. And the payment fee is not paid to Lazada, but to the payment service provider and the shipping provider.The calculation for payment fee for Lazada is:
Payment Fee = 2% x (Item price - Seller promotions + buyer paid shipping fees) + 6% SST
