What is Self Collection
Shopee Express self collection is a new program provided by Shopee’s own logistics service. This option is auto-enabled for selected sellers who use Shopee Express. Please note that this option is currently limited to Klang Valley sellers.To enable/disable the self collection option, you can go to Shopee Seller Center > Shipping Settings. Also, you can enable/disable this shipping option for selected products.
Please note that you need to end all existing scheduled and ongoing promotions before enabling/disabling this option.
Benefits of Shopee Self Collection
1. Get more exposure and boost salesYou have a chance to get featured on the Shopee Self Collection microsite along with other hot-selling products. You can get more exposure and boost sales.
2. Free returns
The package will be returned if not picked up within 7 days of receiving notification for buyers, the failed collections will be returned for free. If the package is damaged, Shopee will compensate sellers.
3. Provide convenience for buyers
The buyers can select a Self Collection point when purchasing your products and they will no longer worry if no one is home. They can collect their packages at any time in 7 days of receiving notifications that the package has arrived.
How to Process Self Collection orders?
The process for Self Collection orders is the same as original orders, the only difference is the shipping label. The how Buyer Self Collection indicator will be shown on the shipping label.
Please note that there is a maximum parcel size for the Self Collection option, the package should not be more than 12kg, and the dimension should not be more than 40cm each side (Length, Width, and Height).
