When connecting stores successfully, we will sync your listing from the store automatically. But you need to sync it by yourself after that.


Method 1: Sync In Bulk

Go to Products > Active > Click on Sync Listings

If you need to sync products of a certain store, please select the store on filter first.



If you have not synced listings for a long time, it may take some time to complete synchronization.

Method 2: Sync Single Product

If you just need to sync only one single product, try this method. It will be faster and more accurate.

Go to Product  > Active > Click on Sync Listings button as below
