How does DTS work?

For pre-orders, you need to prepare and ship out package within 7 - 30 days according to your settings in your listings. For ready stock orders, you need to prepare and ship out package within 2 working days.
Example 1, you have an order paid on Monday (10th January), you have to ship this order out by Wednesday (13th January).

What happens if sellers ship out orders late?

Your orders will be considered late shipment if you don’t ship out within 2 working days, and will be canceled if you don’t ship out within 7 days.It will affect your Late Shipment Rate (LSR) and Non-fulfillment Rate (NFR).
LSR is the percentage of total orders in the last 7 days that were shipped out late, and NFR is the percentage of total orders in the last 7 days that are canceled by the seller, system, or refunded due to the seller's fault. If you have a low LSR and NFR, you may receive penalty points. And if you receive a high number of penalty points, some of your seller privileges may be suspended for 28 days.
