Shopee Launches "On-Time Delivery" Service

According to media sources, although Southeast Asian consumers are increasingly accustomed to online shopping to meet their daily consumption needs, many people are still hesitant when shopping because they are worried that the goods will not arrive on time or will never arrive.
Realizing this, Shopee has launched its latest initiative, On-Time Delivery. Starting in mid-February 2024, Shopee users will receive guaranteed order delivery times through this guarantee program.
If an order arrives after the arrival guarantee date (i.e. the stated delivery time), the buyer will receive a free on-time guarantee coupon that can be claimed before the order status changes to Completed Order.
Monica Vionna, director of marketing growth at Shopee Indonesia, said the on-time guarantee program initiative stems from the exploration of Shopee’s strategy to provide the best service to meet the growing public demand.
