TikTok Shop has reportedly launched the TikTok Shop Business School, a comprehensive one-day program for Filipino entrepreneurs to equip them with the skills to grow their businesses in the digital space.
In this regard, Toff Rada, public policy director of TikTok Philippines, said: "Small and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of the Philippine economy. TikTok Shop enables these small and medium-sized enterprises to create a comprehensive and seamless e-commerce experience, allowing buyers to be entertained, educated and engaged at the same time. Through TikTok Shop Business School, we aim to open new doors for Filipino entrepreneurs to grow and expand their businesses."
Additionally, TikTok Shop is committed to providing Filipino entrepreneurs with the necessary support and guidance they need and equipping them with tools to help grow their businesses.
This includes TikTok Shop's "Buy Local Shop Local" campaign, which launched within the app last November to provide more exposure to local sellers across the country.
