According to Shopee Philippines, starting from June 10, 2024, buyers can apply for in-transit returns/refunds due to a change of mind.



It is worth noting that in-transit returns and refunds will not charge the seller any fees.

The in-transit return/refund function allows buyers to apply for returns/refunds for orders that have been shipped but not yet delivered; after the application is approved, the order will be returned to the seller

Buyers can only apply for in-transit returns/refunds due to a change of mind


03 What impact does this feature have on sellers?

You will find that some orders have not been delivered but buyers have applied for returns/refunds; sellers may receive returns for these orders faster

You do not need to take any action; if the buyer applies for an in-transit return/refund, the package will be returned to you after the application is approved


05 Can sellers initiate disputes for in-transit return/refund orders?

You cannot dispute an in-transit return/refund order


06 Will the seller be charged any fees for this?

In-transit returns/refunds do not charge the seller any fees


07 Will in-transit returns/refunds affect the order incomplete rate?

In-transit return/refund orders will not be included in the calculation of the order incomplete rate
