What Is Lazada FFR + N0?

Lazada’s Fast Fulfillment Rate (FFR) measures how quickly you ship out your orders (TTS). FFR + N0 takes this a step further by tracking the percentage of paid orders that you ship out on the same day the order was created. This is measured over a rolling 4-week period.

Why does this matter? Because sellers who maintain at least 90% FFR + N0 qualify to be onboarded into Lazada’s Priority Delivery (PD) program, giving buyers faster delivery options and helping sellers stand out in search results.

FFR + N0 Fulfillment Targets: What Counts as “Same-Day”?

Your FFR+N0 performance depends on when the order is created and whether the day is a working day.

1. Orders Created Before 12 PM (Working Day)

Must be shipped out by 11:59 PM on the same day

2. Orders Created After 12 PM (Working Day)

Must be shipped out by 11:59 PM on the next working day

3. Orders Created on Non-Working Days or Public Holidays

Regardless of the time of day, must be shipped out by 11:59 PM on the next working day

Working Days by State (Effective 18 December 2024)

Drop-Off Orders

• You must drop off parcels at a point within the same city as the warehouse assigned in the order.

• Dropping off in another city may cause extra shipping charges.

• If sellers purposely send orders to the wrong city to manipulate logistics, Lazada may apply penalties.

Pick-Up Orders

• To secure same-day pickup, you must RTS before 1 PM.

• If RTS is done after the cutoff, the pickup will automatically move to the next working day.

You can monitor your same-day fulfillment performance from several key pages:

1. Order Management Page

View your real-time order status, shipping, and RTS updates.


 

2. Account Health Page

Shows your overall FFR+N0 percentage, and whether you’re meeting the 90% requirement.

3. Policy Dashboard (Also Shows FFR+N1)

Go to: Data Insights → Account Health → Metrics → View Details under Fast Fulfillment Rate

Here, you can check:

• FFR+N0 (same-day fulfillment)

• FFR+N1 (next-day fulfillment)

• Any issues affecting your fulfillment performance

Know Your RTS Cut-Off Time

RTS timing affects:

1. Your FFR+N0 score, and

2. Whether the courier can pick up your parcel on the same day.

To avoid delays:

• Always RTS before the courier’s daily cutoff time

• RTS after cutoff → Pickup moves to the next working day

Same-day pickup also depends on:

• Courier operating hours

• Vehicle availability

• RTS volume

• Capacity constraints during peak periods
