This update introduces dynamic tag features that automatically add context to your product listing when it appears on the Search Results Page (SRP). The goal is simple: help shoppers understand why your product is relevant at a glance and help your ads perform better during search.
If you're running Lazada ads, especially Sponsored Discovery or Sponsored Max, this is an update you shouldn't ignore.

Who is this update for?
This update is specifically designed for Lazada sellers who are running CPC ads , not for organic listings. The new dynamic tag feature applies only to Lazada's Sponsored Solutions, namely Sponsored Discovery (including Mega Sales Accelerator (MSA)) and Sponsored Max.
If you're not using these ad formats, your listings will remain unchanged. For sellers who are advertising, it's important to note how these tags work. They appear only on the Search Results Page (SRP), meaning shoppers will see them when browsing or searching on Lazada. The tags do not appear on your Product Detail Page, and they do not replace or modify your product information.
Sellers also don't need to manage or edit these tags manually. The system generates them automatically, and your actual product title on the Product Management Page (PMP) stays exactly the same. This update enhances how your ads are presented in search, without altering your original listing setup.
When Will This Feature Go Live?
Lazada is rolling out the dynamic tag feature in phases across Southeast Asia, starting at the end of 2025 and continuing into early 2026.

How Marketing Tags Are Generated
Lazada evaluates several performance signals before assigning a Marketing Tag, including:

These signals are assessed automatically by the system. Sellers cannot manually select, edit, or force a Marketing Tag to appear. The tag is awarded dynamically, based entirely on how the product performs over time.
How Marketing Tags Appear on Search Results
When a product qualifies, Lazada adds a standardised tag in front of your original product title on the Search Results Page (SRP). Your actual listing title remains unchanged in the backend.
For example:

How Personalized Tags Are Generated
