There are always two pages when you print orders from your TikTok Shop. Wondering how to print your TikTok Shop shipping label on just one page? In this blog article, we will go through detailed steps to print the TikTok shipping label on just one paper.

Step 1: Create A BigSeller Account

Step 2: Link Your TikTok Shop Store to BigSeller

After you’ve set up a BigSeller account, click on your Account on the top right side and hit Authorization to go to the Authorization page, click the TikTok Shop icon > + Add New Store to connect your TikTok Shop store.

Step 3: Customize Your Shipping Label Template

a. Hit Setting on the top right side, on the Shipping Settings > Logistics and AWB Settings page, click on Shipping Methods for TikTok.
b. Then you can select the country, and you can enable the shipping methods that are already available in your store and click the Edit icon.

c. Now you are on the shipping configuration page. Hit Change to continue.

d. Click on Customized Shipping Label, and you can start customizing your shipping label template. There are 3 types for you to choose from. You can select the one that most suits your demands.

There are lots of custom options for you to choose to show them on the waybill.


For example,

• to make picking and packing processes easier, you can tick options such as Product Name, Variation Name, SKU, Qty, Total Qty, Product Pictures, Buyer Message, Seller Note and so on.
• to ship fragile items, you can add info like “FRAGILE, Handle With Care” in Label Note and upload a fragile image at 365x75 pixels. So you can remind the shipping guys, without the need of buying fragile stickers.

       

• to get product reviews, in the Label Note section, you can enter “Thank you for your purchase. Please leave a review!” and you can also upload an image to request buyers to review your products.
• to attract secondary sales, you can add a Voucher code in Label Note or upload a Voucher code image.
• to reduce RTSs, you can add texts like “No Video No Refund No Return. Please take a video while opening your package.” in Label Note or upload such an image.

       

e. After ticking the options you need, click Confirm.

f. Make sure the button Print Packlist with Label is in the Inactive status before you save your customized shipping label template. So you will not print a packing list on the second page.

 

Step 4: Print Waybills for Your TikTok Orders

When your TikTok Shop gets new orders, they will sync to BigSeller in real-time and you can go to Orders > Processing Orders to find them.

You will need to first pack those orders on the New Orders page.
Packing orders will trigger BigSeller to get the tracking number and shipping label info from the TikTok platform via API. And your TikTok orders will be arranged for shipment, waiting to be dropped off or picked up.

Once the orders are packed successfully, they will move to the In Process Orders page, then you can print the shipping labels there. You can select multiple orders and print waybills in bulk.


You will see your shipping label and packing list info are shown on the same page. Do not need to print the packlist on the second page.
