How to Enable Lazada’s Installation Service (Invite-Only)
Currently, Lazada’s Installation service is available only to selected sellers. To participate, sellers must first submit their interest through Lazada’s official form. Once approved and onboarded, sellers can enable the service by following these steps:
Step 1: Confirm Activation in Seller Center

Log in to Lazada Seller Center.

Navigate to Delivery Service Settings.

Invited sellers will find that Installation service is already toggled on by default.

Step 2: Enable Installation Service at Warehouse Level

Go to Warehouse-Level Settings.

Select the warehouse code that you want the service to apply to.

Toggle Installation service for that warehouse.

Step 3: Assign the Correct Installation Service to Each Product

Go to Products → Manage Products → Edit Item → Shipping & Warranty.

From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate Installation service for each SKU.
Important: Make sure the product category matches the correct installation type. Example: A sofa should be paired with Assembly – Sofas. Incorrect selection may result in wrong instructions being sent to the service provider, which could cause delays or installation errors.

Bulk Setup Option
If you have multiple SKUs to update, you can use the bulk manage function to save time:
