1. What is the Shopee PH-MY Direct Selling Program?
Shopee PH-Malaysia Direct Selling Program allows Filipino sellers to directly manage and sell products to Malaysian buyers, operating as a local store in the Malaysian market.
Unlike Shopee International Platform (SIP), where Shopee manages the store, this program gives sellers complete control over inventory, pricing, and marketing activities, while utilizing Shopee's logistics for cross-border delivery. Sellers already participating in SIP can still retain their existing SIP store and open a new Direct Selling store.

2. How to join the Shopee PH-MY Direct Selling Program?
Joining the Shopee PH-MY direct selling program for sellers generally involves the following 5 steps:
(1). Seller Registration:
Sellers can register for the Direct Selling Program through their Account Manager/Seller Operations Manager, or by filling out the registration form👉 here. If approved, you will receive a welcome email and/or a Seller Central pop-up message within 7-10 business days of submitting the registration form.
⚠️ Note
Eligible stores must meet the following general requirements:
- The store must have at least one item for sale, with at least one item in stock.
- The store is not a FBS seller.
- The store must have at least one sale in the past 30 days, and the item must not be on the overseas prohibited items list.
- The seller must not have vacation mode enabled.
(2). Activate Global Seller Center:
Log in to the Philippines Seller Center. A welcome message will pop up, guiding you to the Global Seller Center. Please be sure to accept the Terms of Service (TOS).
- Access your overseas store management: Go to "Store" > "Store Settings" > "Overseas Store Management".
- Begin the onboarding process: Click "Join" to activate your international seller channel.

(3). System to Open Shop:
The system will automatically create a master account and open a store in the Malaysian market. After the seller clicks "Join," the system will create a master account, bind the master store, and create a directly operated store for the seller. The seller needs to log in again, or can do so by refreshing the page.

(4). Product Listing Synchronization:
The system will synchronize your product listings from your Philippine store. Sellers will be redirected to a product price confirmation pop-up.
System will provide a suggested price for reference; you can also adjust it according to your own judgment.

(5). Start Selling:
Get started. You can now plan and implement promotional activities to attract buyers.
- Once product prices are confirmed and synchronization is complete, all onboarding tasks are finished.
- Sellers can then click "Manage Store" to begin managing their store.

3. What are the costs to participate in the Shopee PH-Malaysia Direct Selling Program?

The PH-MY Direct Selling Program fee includes the following:
- PH-MY Direct Selling Program Commission: 18.36% (Note: Applicable to all categories, including Mall and Marketplace sellers)
- PH-MY Direct Selling Program Service Fee: 0%
- PH-MY Direct Selling Program Transaction Fee: 3.78%
⚠️ Note
The Direct Selling Program commission is waived for the first three months. However, the commission waiver is subject to the following restrictions:
- For shops that open before the 20th of each month, the commission waiver will take effect on the second day of the following month (M+1). (For example: If a store opens on October 10th, the interest-free period starts on November 1st and lasts until January 31st.)
- For stores opening between the 20th and the end of the month, the interest-free period will begin in the following month (M+2). (For example: If a store opens on October 25th, the interest-free period starts on December 1st and lasts until February 28th/29th.)
The fees shown in the table above apply to all successfully completed Philippines-Malaysia direct sales orders (orders that have been completed and are in the "Shipped" status, or orders for which Shopee has processed a return/refund request).
Stores in the Malaysia marketplace will be automatically enrolled in the Coin Cashback and Free Shipping program.
The invoice for the above fees will use the seller's store name and store ID.
4. How are orders fulfilled under the Shopee PH-MY Direct Selling Program?
PH-MY Delivery timeline is as follows:
(1). Parcels are collected either by PH SPX Express from sellers or dropped off by sellers at PH SPX Express drop‑off points.
(2). PH SPX Express delivers the parcels to the PH Direct Selling transit warehouse for screening and consolidation.
(3). The parcels are then collected by the international shipping partner, who arranges the flight and handles customs.
(4). After customs, the shipment is handed over to the destination country’s delivery partner.
(5). The destination country’s delivery partner sorts the parcels for each driver.
(6). Drivers deliver the parcels to the buyers.
Average delivery lead time ranges from 7 to 12 days for the Philippine-Malaysia Direct Selling.
