How to Redeem Your Free Duoke VIP

1. Go to BigSeller > Purchase Record

2. Locate your issued Duoke VIP voucher


 

3. Click the voucher and copy the voucher code

4. Log in to Duoke

5. Navigate to My Profile > VIP Recharge Card

6. Paste the voucher code and confirm redemption

After successful redemption, the Duoke VIP service will be activated immediately, allowing you to start managing customer messages across platforms without delay.

Purchasing BigSeller VIP Multiple Times

During the promotion period, there is no limit on how many times a seller can purchase BigSeller VIP services. Each eligible purchase will include its own Duoke VIP voucher, allowing sellers to redeem multiple vouchers if they choose to upgrade or extend their subscriptions.

However, sellers should note that all BigSeller VIP purchases are final. Once payment is completed, refunds are not available. It is recommended to review the selected plan duration and tier carefully before confirming the purchase.

Redeeming Duoke VIP If You’re an Existing Duoke User

Sellers who already have an active Duoke VIP subscription are still eligible to redeem the voucher provided through this promotion. Redemption will not interrupt your existing subscription.

How Duoke VIP Levels Are Applied After Redemption

The VIP level applied depends on a comparison between your current Duoke VIP level and the voucher VIP level.

When the Voucher Level Is Higher Than Your Current VIP

Example:

In this case, the system will apply VIP3 first. Once the VIP3 period expires, your original VIP1 access will continue.

When the Voucher Level Is Lower Than Your Current VIP
