Lazada Raises Commission Rates on Several Categories, Up to 23%

Lazada Malaysia has issued a new notice stating that as e-commerce increasingly becomes an integral part of Malaysian consumers' daily lives, LazMall continues to win market favor by leveraging its close collaborations with brand partners, offering localized product mixes, and providing a superior shopping experience.

This growth momentum will help both parties jointly build a trusted online destination for authentic global and local products.

Brand empowerment remains a core focus for LazMall. To better support merchants' business development, starting from 00:00 on February 1, 2026, the commission rates for all orders marked as "delivered" for LazMall local sellers and brands will be adjusted.
