Under the current rules, Shop Tokopedia's service fee is calculated based on 4% of the total order amount, but there is a service fee cap of Rp10,000 per order. This means that no matter how many items are included in the order, as long as the total service fee does not exceed Rp10,000, the service fee paid by the seller is fixed.
The new service fee rules will reflect the value of each item more finely and introduce a service fee cap of Rp20,000 per item. Specifically:
- The service fee is still calculated at 4% of the item amount
- The service fee cap per item is Rp20,000
