TikTok Shop by Tokopedia said on its Seller Center page: "This update is designed to improve the shopping experience for buyers." Buyers are allowed to return goods when they no longer need them. One of them is that there must be an "easy return" label on the product details page.
Buyers can apply for a return within six days of receiving the order. Returns are allowed if they meet the applicable terms and conditions. The report said: "The return shipping costs will be borne by the platform."
According to previous news, the number of TikTok Shop by Tokopedia stores has surged, and the number of store sellers marked as "mall" in the first half of 2025 has increased more than four times compared with the second half of 2024.
