TikTok CEO Responds to US House of Representatives Vote

TikTok U.S. lawmakers from both parties proposed a bill on Tuesday requiring ByteDance to divest control of its short video app TikTok, otherwise the app store will be prohibited from listing and distributing TikTok.
A few days ago, in the face of the new "ban" initiated by the U.S. Congress, TikTok pushed a pop-up notification to users in the application, saying that it would "deprive 170 million Americans of their constitutional right to free speech," "damage millions of businesses, and destroy the country."
