Survey shows Shopee is the platform with the highest consumer satisfaction in Indonesia

Recently, IPSOS Indonesia released the results of a survey titled "Online Shopping Experience and Satisfaction in E-commerce", which showed that service quality plays a key role in attracting consumer interest, especially before the annual Double 12 National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas).
The study pointed out that Shopee is the e-commerce platform with the highest consumer satisfaction in providing an overall online shopping experience.

In terms of satisfaction indicators, Shopee (62%) is the first choice for consumers to recommend to friends and relatives, followed by Tokopedia (46%), TikTok Shop (42%) and Lazada (36%).
From the perspective of the diversity of delivery service options, Shopee (66%) performed well and was considered the e-commerce platform with the most complete delivery service options, followed by Tokopedia (16%), Lazada (10%) and TikTok Shop (7%);
From the perspective of the cash on delivery (COD) payment method usage indicator, Shopee (66%) is the e-commerce platform with the most satisfactory COD payment method, followed by Tokopedia and Lazada (12%), and then TikTok Shop (10%).
