Good news for Lazada sellers in Malaysia!
The Same Day / Instant Delivery service is now live across the Klang Valley, allowing customers to receive their orders within hours. Buyers can now choose between Standard Delivery and Instant Delivery, starting from as low as RM5.50 per order.
If you’re a seller in the Klang Valley area, this is your chance to boost customer satisfaction with faster delivery speeds and stay competitive during high-demand periods.
Let’s walk through how to activate this service, what’s new, and what you need to prepare.
How to Set Up Lazada Same Day / Instant Delivery
Step 1: Request Activation from PSC Team
Contact Lazada’s PSC Team through Lazada Seller Center or your account manager to request access to the Instant Delivery feature. Lazada will review your store’s performance metrics (such as fulfillment rate and cancellation rate) before whitelisting your account.
Step 2: Check If Your Store Has Been Whitelisted
Once your store is approved, the Instant Delivery option will be activated automatically. You can verify it by checking your available shipping providers:
Go to: Lazada Seller Center > Settings > Shipping Provider
If you see GoGet listed among your shipping providers, it means your store has been successfully onboarded for Instant Delivery.
Step 3: Start Accepting Instant Delivery Orders
After activation, eligible buyers within the Klang Valley area will see Instant Delivery as a shipping option at checkout. When they select it, their orders will automatically appear under your GoGet shipping provider tab in Lazada Seller Center.
From there, simply pack and mark the orders as Ready To Ship (RTS) before the 11:30am cut-off time to ensure same-day pickup and delivery.

Coverage Area
Currently, the Instant Delivery service is available only in the Klang Valley. Buyers outside this region will continue to see standard delivery options.
Eligible Products
To qualify for Instant Delivery, products must:

Measure no more than 40cm on any side, OR

Weigh 10kg or less
This ensures that only small to medium-sized parcels can be handled efficiently by same-day delivery partners.
Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Orders
Orders that are marked as “Ready To Ship (RTS)” before 11:30am will be picked up and delivered on the same day.
If you miss the 11:30am cut-off, the order will automatically be excluded from same-day delivery and may be cancelled.
Pickup and Delivery Window
Pickups for Instant Delivery orders are scheduled between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Deliveries are handled by GoGet riders, who will collect parcels directly from your pickup address and deliver them to buyers within the day.
Real-Time Tracking
After handing over the parcel to the rider, you can track its journey in real time through Lazada Seller Center > ASC > Logistic Status. This helps you and your buyers stay informed about delivery progress and estimated arrival times.

Performance Requirements
To stay qualified for Instant Delivery, your store must consistently meet Lazada’s performance benchmarks:

Fast Fulfilment Rate: Above 80%
This measures how quickly you process and hand over orders for shipping. A higher rate shows Lazada that your store can handle urgent deliveries efficiently.

Ship on Time: Above 95%
Orders must be shipped within the required handling time. Late shipments can lead to lower ratings and suspension from the Instant Delivery program.

Cancellation Rate: Below 1%
Avoid frequent order cancellations, as they can disrupt the buyer experience and impact your eligibility for express delivery features.
Complete and Accurate Seller Information
Lazada also requires your seller profile to be complete before activating Instant Delivery. Make sure you have:

A valid and reachable phone number

An accurate warehouse or pickup address

An active and monitored email address

Updated operating hours that reflect your actual working schedule

Important Reminder: Be Available for Return Parcels
If a parcel is returned to you on the same day and you’re not available to receive it, Lazada will apply a scrap fee.
To avoid this, ensure someone is always available at your pickup address during operating hours to receive any same-day return parcels.
What You Need to Do as a Seller
1. Check Lazada Seller Center Regularly
Start your day by checking your Seller Center dashboard early, ideally between 7:00am and 11:30am (Monday to Friday). Instant Delivery orders can come in at any time during this window, so monitoring your dashboard ensures you don’t miss new orders that need same-day fulfillment.
2. Pack and Prepare Orders Promptly
As soon as you receive an Instant Delivery order, begin packing and preparing the parcel immediately. All Instant orders must be marked as Ready To Ship (RTS) before 11:30am to qualify for same-day pickup. Late RTS actions will cause the system to cancel the order automatically, and the buyer will not receive same-day delivery.
3. Check Your Airway Bill (AWB)
After an order is confirmed, check your Airway Bill (AWB) to identify which shipping provider has been assigned.
Depending on the buyer’s location, you may see either:

Ninja Van (for other eligible areas or fallback logistics)
This ensures you print the correct shipping label for each parcel.
4. Print AWBs Efficiently
To print your Instant Delivery Airway Bills:

View and print your Instant Delivery AWBs
Printing directly by provider helps you avoid mix-ups and speeds up the packaging process.
5. Get Ready for Pickup
Once you’ve clicked Ready To Ship, GoGet will automatically schedule a rider to collect your parcel between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Make sure your team is available during this window for a smooth handover.
If your parcel isn’t set to RTS before 11:30am, the system will cancel the order automatically, so always prepare early to avoid missed pickups or cancellations.
