1. Price Lock (Campaign-Approved Products)

7 Dec, 12:00 AM – 14 Dec, 11:59 PM

All products approved for 12.12 campaigns will have their prices locked. This prevents sellers from:

  • Editing prices

  • Changing SKUs

  • Modifying campaign-related details

2. Seller Promo Tools

Includes:

  • Seller Voucher

  • Flexi Combo

  • Seller Free Shipping

  • Add-On Deals

  • Other Seller Promo mechanisms

There will be two freeze windows:

11 Dec, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Short downtime before the main sale push.

11 Dec, 11:30 PM – 12 Dec, 12:30 AM

Freeze continues just before and during the 12.12 midnight launch.

During these times, sellers cannot:

  • Create new vouchers or combos

  • Edit existing promotions

  • Activate/deactivate tools

  • Adjust free shipping settings
