Attention sellers, Shopee Philippines has announced that starting December 29, 2025, penalty points will be reset to zero on the last Monday of each quarter (e.g., the last Monday of March, June, September, and December).
Shopee's points penalty system penalizes sellers who fail to meet service standards (e.g., excessively high shipping delay/failure rates), list prohibited items (counterfeit, substandard, or junk products), or violate platform policies (e.g., requesting buyers to cancel orders).
Points are awarded weekly and accumulated quarterly. Serious violations may result in temporary restrictions on product listings, account suspension, or account freezing, designed to ensure a positive buyer experience and platform integrity.
To see areas for improvement, please access the "My Penalty" page through the "Account Health" page in Seller Center. You can also view your earned points and any ongoing penalties (if any).
To identify areas for improvement, the seller scoring system evaluates seller performance weekly and updates the data every Monday. Failure to meet performance targets will result in a score deduction.
⚠️Note: The more points a seller accumulates, the fewer rights they can enjoy.

Sellers can check if they have received any penalty points here: Go to Data > Account Health

And if you need to sumbit and appeal, reach out to Shopee Customer Service team or your Relationship Manager (if applicable). They will remove any penalty points issued and restore your privileges if your appeal is successful.
