When will the commission be credited?

Commission will be credited to your account balance immediately after your referred user successfully subscribes.

What counts as a valid referral?

A referral is considered valid once the referred user completes a purchase! Commission will be automatically calculated and added to your earnings!

Can I still change the payment information I submitted?

Yes, you can contact our customer support or your dedicated account manager to make changes.

If a user I referred purchases VIP again, will I also receive commission?

Yes! Commission will be credited to the Affiliate for any VIP plan purchased by referred users within 2 years. However, additional services like Order Package, Gallery and store packs are not included.

Rules

1.
The Affiliate Partner Program is only available to local partners in Southeast Asia. Settlement and payment in RMB are not currently supported.
2.
If a referred user purchases a BigSeller VIP plan within two years, the corresponding commission will be credited to the referrer. This includes commissions for the first VIP plan purchase and renewals, but excludes other services such as order packages and image storage.
3.
If accumulated earnings are not withdrawn within five years, they will be unable to be withdrawn.
4.
If you have a withdrawal in progress, please apply for the next withdrawal after the current one is completed, or click the Cancel Withdrawal button to resubmit.
5.
To ensure a genuine promotional environment on the platform, referrers must successfully refer at least 3 new users to purchase a VIP package before initiating their first withdrawal. (Note: "3 new users" refers to 3 independent accounts that register on the platform for the first time through your exclusive link/exclusive referral code and successfully generate a valid VIP purchase order. First orders from non-newly registered accounts, or orders that have been refunded, are not counted in the first withdrawal threshold.)

If your referred customer upgrades to a higher-tier plan (e.g., from Basic to Pro Plan) before their current plan expires, your exclusive commission will be calculated strictly based on the "actual payment amount" incurred by the customer for this upgrade. (Note: When a customer upgrades, the system automatically calculates and deducts from the unused time (i.e., remaining value) of their original plan; therefore, the customer only needs to pay the upgrade price difference. To ensure the accuracy and fairness of the settlement, the commission base for upgrade orders is based on the final actual price difference paid by the customer, not the listed price of the new plan.)

To ensure an orderly withdrawal process and fund security, the platform sets 00:00 on the 20th of each month (UTC+8) as the monthly withdrawal cutoff. Details are as follows:(1) Withdrawal Requirement: Affiliates must confirm before the cutoff whether to withdraw their full available balance.(2) Current Month Batch: If a full withdrawal request is submitted before 00:00 on the 20th (UTC+8), it will be included in the current month's batch. The platform will begin reviewing and processing payments after the cutoff on the 20th.(3) Next Month Batch: If a request is submitted after 00:00 on the 20th (UTC+8), it will automatically be carried over to the following month's batch and processed after the cutoff on the 20th of that month. (Note: Actual payment arrival times may vary due to financial review and bank processing.)

Referral Registration & Reward PolicyTo protect the rights of both Affiliates and referred users, please ensure that users follow the correct registration process during promotion. Referred users must register via your exclusive referral link or QR code.[Important Notice]If registration is not completed through the above channels, the system will be unable to establish a referral relationship. As rewards are distributed based on automatic system tracking, a failed binding will result in the Affiliate not receiving commission for that referral, and the referred user will not receive the 7-day free trial voucher.(Note: To ensure data accuracy and settlement efficiency, the platform does not support manual review or supplementary entry for failed bindings caused by incorrect registration. Affiliates are advised to inform referred users of the correct registration process in advance.)
9.
Tiered commission rates are calculated on an excess progressive basis. When the cumulative number of users who have successfully topped up reaches the threshold of a higher tier, the higher commission rate applies only to new users added after entering that tier, and does not apply retroactively to users previously counted under a lower tier.
10.
If an invited user initiates a refund or dispute, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the settlement amount payable in the following month.
