Everything New in BigSeller: June 2026 Recap

Every month gives us a fresh chance to make BigSeller better for you, our sellers. June was a big one for us, and now that we're stepping into July, we wanted to take a moment to look back and share everything we shipped, hosted, and celebrated together last month.
From new Shopee integrations to our very first AI Assistant, here are the highlights from June.
Shopee Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is quickly becoming one of the most important traffic sources for sellers, right alongside ads and livestreaming. That's why we integrated with Shopee AMS, so you can now manage your Shopee Public Affiliate Campaigns directly inside BigSeller, without ever needing to switch back to Seller Center.
It's a lot more than just convenience. You can add every product to a campaign in one click, and new listings get included automatically so nothing slips through the cracks. You'll also see Shopee's recommended commission rates, so it's easier to price competitively and get picked up by affiliates. Commissions can be set at the store level or customized product by product, and after any batch action, you'll see real-time progress along with success and failure counts, so you always know exactly what happened.

POS Laju Integration
We have some good news for our Malaysian sellers: BigSeller is now officially authorised by POS Laju! Once you connect your account, you can select POS Laju as your shipping method right when you're processing orders, have tracking numbers sync automatically after packing, and generate shipping labels instantly, all from within BigSeller.

BigSeller AI Assistant
This one's exciting for us. As more sellers look to AI to work faster, we built the AI Agent Assistant to help with two things sellers ask for most, product images and product copy.
The Image Designer can generate product backgrounds, remove backgrounds smartly, and create marketing images in just a few clicks. We've also added the GPT-image-2 Medium model, which is faster, produces better results, and costs just 5 BC per image. Alongside that, the Content Designer helps you generate and polish product titles and descriptions for any platform or language, so you're never starting from a blank page.

BigSeller Affiliate Program
We also launched a way for you to earn while you use BigSeller. Simply invite friends to join, and when they subscribe, you earn a commission. It only takes a few clicks to apply, and once you're in, you get your own referral link to share however you like. Some of our early affiliates have already earned more than a thousand SGD in commissions, so it's a genuinely rewarding way to turn your network into extra income. If you're interested, head to Settings > Personal Center > Affiliate Partner to get started.

Shopee Promotion Video Management
Shopee has been leaning heavily into short video, letting sellers publish videos, link products directly, and turn views into sales. We built full support for this into BigSeller, so you can publish, manage, and analyse your videos without ever leaving the platform. It's split into two parts, Data Analytics and Video Management, and you'll just need to authorise the video module for your store before you get started.

New Media Center
To make managing your product media less of a chore, we introduced the Media Center, a single place to organise your images and videos. Uploading is now drag-and-drop, videos live alongside images instead of in a separate flow, and when you're building a listing, you can pull media straight from the Media Center by category or name.

Multiple Auto Pack Rules
Fulfillment doesn't look the same for every seller, so we wanted Auto Pack to be more flexible. You can now create and manage several auto pack rules instead of being limited to just one, set your own scheduling frequency for each, and, if you sell on Shopee, take advantage of support for early fulfillment orders too.

If You Missed Our June Webinars
We also hosted two live sessions last month that are worth catching up on if you missed them.
The first, From Online Seller to Offline Store, Are You Ready?, was for anyone thinking about opening a physical location. So many sellers expand offline too quickly and only discover the problems afterward, like not enough stock, tight cash flow, inventory that doesn't line up between online and offline, no clear retail process, and a customer experience that was never really planned out. The second, Build, Sell & Scale with Shopify, was for sellers who are ready to stop relying only on marketplace traffic. Our Shopify APAC speaker walked through how to build a website your brand actually owns, grow beyond the marketplaces, sell across multiple channels, and use Shopify's tools to scale. And of course, June wouldn't be complete without our annual Mid-Year Sale, which ran from June 17–18.
