TikTok Shop Launched a New Dashboard to Help Sellers Track Their Delivery Performance

TikTok Shop has rolled out a new feature for sellers in Malaysia: the Fulfilment Performance page. It's a dedicated dashboard inside Seller Center built to give you one clear place to monitor how fast and reliably you're getting orders out, and where exactly things might be slowing you down.

If you sell on TikTok Shop, this is worth checking out early, because the numbers on this page tie directly into your Account Health and Store Rating.

Where to find it

The new dashboard lives under Analytics > Post-Purchase Analytics in the Shopee Seller Centre. Once you open it, you'll see three sections: your average fulfilment time, a breakdown of the fulfilment metrics TikTok Shop scores you on, and a set of suggestions for improving your numbers.

What's in the Average Fulfilment Time section

This part shows how long, on average, an order takes from the moment it's placed to the moment it's delivered, based on the last 7 days (you can switch to a 28-day view too). TikTok Shop breaks that journey into three stages:

Awaiting shipment - awaiting collection: how long it takes you to pack the order and mark it ready for pickup. This is the stage most within your control.

Awaiting collection - in transit: how long the courier takes to actually collect and scan the order once it's ready.

In transit - delivered: the time from pickup to the parcel reaching the buyer.

These three add up to your total fulfillment time. The new dashboard also shows whether you've sped up or slowed down compared to the previous period with green for improvement and red for a slowdown, plus an industry average benchmark based on other sellers in your top category, so you know exactly where you stand.

Worth noting: the 7-day/28-day toggle only applies to this section, not the metrics below it.

The metrics behind your Store Rating

The second section is where the new dashboard gets useful for actually diagnosing problems. It tracks three metrics:

Late Dispatch Rate (LDR): the share of orders you shipped after the required deadline.

Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR): cancellations caused by something on your end, like running out of stock or missing dispatch.

Fast Dispatch Rate (FDR): the share of orders you got out ahead of schedule.

SFCR and FDR also count toward your Store Rating, so this isn't just a fulfillment scorecard, it has real weight on how buyers see your shop. Each metric is tagged Good or Needs Improvement, and most updates weekly on Mondays. Hovering over the info icon on any card tells you exactly how it's calculated and what period it covers.

If a number looks off, the new dashboard lets you click "View Details" to see the specific orders or products behind it, which makes it much easier to spot patterns like one problem SKU dragging down an otherwise healthy shop. Clicking the card itself opens a trend chart instead, comparing your performance (solid teal line) against the industry benchmark (dotted gray line) over time, with the option to click into any single day for a closer look.

Built-in suggestions to help you improve

The last section of the new dashboard gives you two main levers to work with.

The first is dispatching on time. It flags orders about to breach the SLA within 24 hours, ones that already have, and orders at risk of automatic cancellation because of a late dispatch. Checking this regularly, especially around big campaign dates when order volume jumps, helps you catch problems before they turn into cancellations.

The second is keeping your stock numbers accurate. Making sure your Manage Stock page reflects your real inventory helps avoid cancellations and delays that quietly chip away at your SFCR.

Why this matters right now

With TikTok Shop growing fast in Malaysia, buyers already expect quick, reliable delivery as the norm rather than a bonus. This new dashboard gives sellers a much clearer window into where they're losing time and why, instead of guessing after an Account Health warning shows up.

Worth building into your weekly routine from day one rather than waiting until something drops.

Turning these insights into faster fulfillment

Checking the dashboard is one thing. Actually closing the gap between "awaiting shipment" and "awaiting collection" is the harder part, especially once you're juggling a few hundred orders a day across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada at the same time. Packing and dispatch is the one stage of your fulfilment time that's entirely on you, and it's usually the first place to lose or gain hours.

BigSeller is built for exactly this with batch order processing, bulk printing, and stock sync across marketplaces, so the packing stage stops being the bottleneck.

If your Late Dispatch Rate has been creeping up, it's worth a look.
