1. What adjustments have been made to Shopee DTS?
Attention Philippine sellers! To support sellers and ensure their safety during Typhoon Uwan, Shopee will be extending the Delivery Time to Ship (DTS) policy for orders placed in affected areas. Please see below for the adjusted DTS, booking, and shipping deadlines.
2. Shopee Fulfillment reminders during typhoons
We understand that fulfilling orders can be more difficult during typhoons. Please keep the following reminders in mind while you manage your shipments:
Check Updated Ship-By-Dates (SBD): DTS extensions may be required during typhoons. Always check the remark under To Ship in the Seller Centre for the most recent shipment deadlines.
Prepare Parcels Early: Pack and prepare orders ahead of the adjusted SBD to ensure timely pick-up or drop-off.
Drop-off Option: If a rider is unable to receive your items, you may deliver them to a local drop-off or service station.
Prioritize Orders using Filters: On the Mass Ship page, use the Shipping Deadline filters (Overdue, Ship by today, Ship by tomorrow) to determine which orders should be fulfilled first.
Avoid Penalties: Orders not shipped out by their updated Ship-By-Date (SBD) may result in penalties. If delays are due to typhoons, you may file a reactive appeal or raise them via Shopee Chat.
3. Shopee Courier Operating Hours
