AHR is a score between 0 and 1,000 that reflects how well your shop follows TikTok Shop policies. Instead of just collecting penalties like before, this system gives a more complete picture. Here's the basic idea:

• You start with 200 points

• You earn points from completed orders

When will this start?

TikTok is rolling this out in two stages:

Preview Period (30 April – 29 June 2026)

• You can already see your AHR score in TikTok Shop Seller Center

• Score is calculated based on your last 90 days

• No penalties based on AHR yet

• The old violation points system is still in effect

This is basically your testing phase. Use it to understand how your actions affect your score.

Full Launch (July 2026)

• AHR officially replaces violation points

• All penalties and enforcement will be based on your AHR score

Your score isn't just a number, it determines what you can or cannot do on the platform.

• 200 – 1,000 (Healthy)

Everything runs normally

• 151 – 199 (Needs attention)

You're getting close to restrictions

• 1 – 150 (High risk)

Limits will start kicking in

• 0 (Closed)

Account permanently deactivated

Best practice: keep your score above 200 at all times.

How to Earn AHR Points

You're not stuck with a bad score, you can improve it.

1. Completed Orders

• Earn 4 points for every 200 completed orders

• Calculated within a rolling 90-day window

• Updated weekly

• Maximum 16 points per week

Important: Orders that are late, refunded, canceled, or poorly rated won't count.

So it's not just about volume, quality matters.

2. Policy Quizzes

After certain violations, TikTok may give you a policy quiz.

• Score full marks → +5 points

• Questions are based on your violation type

It's a simple way to recover some points while learning what went wrong.

How You Lose Points

Points are deducted when:

• You break TikTok Shop policies

• Your shop fails to meet performance standards

The number of points lost depends on how serious or frequent the issue is.

• Deductions are based on the last 90 days only

• Points can be restored if you successfully appeal

• Otherwise, they naturally reset after 90 days

What Happens If Your Score Drops?

This is where AHR really matters. Different score levels trigger different restrictions.

At 150 Points

• Cannot join campaigns or promotions for 7 days

• Cannot join affiliate program for 7 days

At 100 Points

• Blocked from campaigns for 14 days

• Cannot create or edit listings

• Livestream traffic reduced

• Products will not be recommended.

At 50 Points

• Shop suspended for 28 days

• No campaigns or benefits for 60 days

At 0 Points

• Account permanently closed
