And just like that, Q3 is a wrap.

September marks the end of another quarter, and looking back, we’ve spent the past few months working on improvements that make the day-to-day business of selling a little easier, from faster order management and better livestream workflows to smarter reviews, warehouse operations, and more connected business tools.

Before we officially turn the page to Q4, let’s take a look at what we added to BigSeller in September.

Price Alerts for Your Products

A pricing mistake can be surprisingly easy to miss. When you’re managing products across multiple stores and platforms, checking every price manually takes time and sometimes an incorrect price is only noticed after an order has already come in.

With the Price Alert feature, BigSeller can check your product prices as soon as you list a product, change its price, or set up a promotion. You can set a default alert price for each store, or create custom alert prices for specific SKUs when certain products need a different threshold.

We’ve also added a Products with Abnormal Prices Only filter to the Drafts and Online Products lists. Price checks currently support Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, making it easier to find products that need a second look before they go live or get updated.

If the selling price, promotional price, or supply price falls below your set alert price, BigSeller will notify you so you can review it before proceeding. It’s a simple safety net for one of those mistakes that’s much easier to prevent than fix later.

Temporary Shelves for More Flexible Warehouse Operations

Warehouse receiving doesn’t always mean products can go straight to their final shelves. Sometimes there’s a temporary gap between receiving stock and putting it away. Maybe the final shelf isn’t ready yet, or your warehouse team needs to organise the incoming products first. With Temporary Shelves, you can now place received products in a designated temporary area before moving them to their final storage or picking shelves.

You can also set up a shelf recommendation strategy for each warehouse, so BigSeller can recommend where SKUs should be stored based on their inbound entry point. Once the products are ready to be moved, you can use the Store function to transfer stock from the temporary shelf into available inventory.

Temporary Shelves are currently supported for:

  • One SKU One Shelf warehouses with Unstored Inventory Management enabled
  • One SKU Multiple Shelves warehouses

It gives warehouse teams a little more room to work around the realities of receiving and shelving, especially when there’s a lot of stock coming in at once.

More Payment Options with PayCools & Ksher

Selling online and collecting payments doesn’t always happen in the same place. For businesses using BigSeller for scenarios such as Facebook Live order capture, POS retail, and distribution top-ups, having more payment options can make things much easier for both sellers and their customers.

This month, we added support for two more payment integrations: PayCools and Ksher. PayCools is currently available in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, giving sellers in these markets more options when setting up their online payment collection. Ksher is currently available in Thailand, providing Thai sellers with another payment option for their business.

More payment options mean more flexibility and hopefully fewer limitations when it comes to collecting payments across different selling scenarios.

If You Missed Our September Webinar

This month, we also took a closer look at one of the biggest opportunities for sellers right now: turning social media traffic into actual orders.

Using Meta Ads & Facebook Live to Generate More Sales

Getting people to see your products is one thing. Getting them to buy is another.

In our September webinar, we explored how sellers can use Meta Ads and Facebook Live to reach the right customers, increase engagement, and turn traffic and conversations into sales.

We covered practical strategies for improving ad performance and conversions, as well as ways to turn comments and engagement during Facebook Live into actual orders.

We were also joined by Meta and e-commerce experts to share their insights on growing an online business with Facebook Ads.

Hello, Q4

That brings our September updates and Q3 to a close.

The last three months have brought plenty of new ways to make selling, fulfillment, marketing, and everyday operations a little easier. But there’s still a lot more we want to build.

Now that Q4 is here, the busiest shopping season of the year is just around the corner. We’ll be spending the months ahead working on more improvements to help you handle everything that comes with it.

Here’s to a strong finish to 2026. See you in the next recap!
